Data & Account Deletion

At Bloom, we take your privacy seriously. You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated health data.

How to Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open the Bloom app on your device.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap the Settings icon.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm your request. Your data will be permanently and securely deleted from our servers.

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team.

Please send an email to support@danukstudio.com from the email address associated with your Bloom account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
