Privacy Policy for Bloom
Effective Date: May 20, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Bloom. This Privacy Policy explains how Danuk Studio ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, securely stores, and discloses your information when you use the Bloom mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy, particularly because the App handles sensitive health and pregnancy-related data.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and secure authentication credentials.
- Sensitive Health Data: To provide our core services, we collect user-submitted data regarding your pregnancy, including due dates, symptoms, weight, mood, and related physical or mental health logs. You provide this data with your explicit consent.
- Usage and Device Data: We automatically collect data about your interactions with the App, including device model, operating system, IP address, crash reports, and session durations.
- Payment Information: If you purchase a premium subscription, your payment is processed by third-party providers (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not collect or store your credit card information directly.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provide personalized pregnancy tracking insights and visual milestones.
- Securely sync and back up your data across devices.
- Process subscription transactions and grant access to premium features.
- Analyze app performance, fix bugs, and improve the user experience.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We utilize trusted third-party services to operate the App. By using Bloom, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by:
- Google Cloud & Firestore: We use Google Firestore as our primary database backend to securely store and sync your user profiles and encrypted health logs.
- Google Services (Firebase): Used for user authentication, crash reporting (Crashlytics), and app performance analytics.
- RevenueCat: Used to manage and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat receives anonymized app-user IDs and purchase histories, but does not have access to your personal health data.
5. Data Security and Storage
Your data is stored securely on cloud servers provided by Google Firestore. We implement industry-standard security measures, including data encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your sensitive health information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

- Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate data.
- Deletion: Request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated health data. You can initiate this directly within the App's settings or by contacting us.
- Withdraw Consent: Revoke your consent for us to process your sensitive health data at any time (which may require you to stop using the App).
7. Children's Privacy
Bloom is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
