Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Bloom application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Medical Disclaimer – NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

BLOOM IS A TRACKING AND EDUCATIONAL TOOL, NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. Always seek the advice of your physician, obstetrician, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or your pregnancy. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information you have read on Bloom. In a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

3. User Accounts and Security

To use certain features of Bloom, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Danuk Studio immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Bloom offers premium features accessible via auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium").

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Your account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. RevenueCat manages the validation of these transactions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Bloom only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Attempt to breach the security or authentication measures of our Firestore databases.
• Use the App to transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, micro-animations, text, graphics, and 3D models within Bloom are the exclusive intellectual property of Danuk Studio and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
